The Lower Bowel formula contains: 

Barberry 
This family acts as a specific for the liver and gall bladder area (hepatic) causing the bile to flow freely instead of being 
congealed and sluggish, and this bile acts as a built-in laxative, but is mild. The herb is also alterative (blood purifying), 
anti-syphilitic, and tonic.

Cascara Sagrada Bark 
This herb is called "sacred bark", and in small amounts, as used here, is a mild laxative, but is also a tonic for the 
peristaltic muscles. It increases the secretions of the stomach, liver and pancreas, and is very remarkable in its action in 
torpor of the colon and constipation. It is, unquestionably, one of the very best and safest laxatives ever discovered. 

Cayenne (Parasite Herb)
Cayenne is slightly laxative, stimulates the organs it passes through, aids in rebuilding varicose conditions and cholesterol 
from the area. It does a real cleaning and rebuilding job. 
Capsicum is the component in cayenne that parasites HATE! It is a very effective herb for the elimination of parasites.

Ginger (Parasite Herb)
This herb is excellent for correcting flatulence (gas in the stomach). We need this herb to alleviate gas that is accumulated as 
the bile starts flowing into this area, mixing with old fecal matter and forming this condition. It is also an aid for relieving

Lobelia

Turkey Rhubarb Root

movements). This herb is a laxative, astringent, tonic, stomachic, brisk purgative and valuable in effecting a quick, safe 
emptying of the bowels. Does not clog or produce ”after-constipation" as so many cathartics do. It is especially useful in 
diarrhea caused by irritating substances in the intestines. It not only removes the irritating substance, but its after 
astringent action checks the diarrhea.

Fennel (Parasite Herb) 
This herb is noted for its relief in flatulency (gas) indigestion, cramps and spasms, nausea, pinworms, and in hepatic

Kidney detox and maintenance should always be a part of any serious attempt to cleanse your body. For some time now, we have 
offered the public a unique Kidney/Pancreas cleanse, but did you know that a number of herbs ( juniper berry, uva ursi, parsley 
root) are common to both kidney and liver maintenance? As we see the incidence of kidney and liver problems soaring to epidemic 
levels for at least the last decade, there is obviously the need for a superior formula for doing a regular kidney flush. 
Ideally, as you will see, such a formula also can help you with eliminating gallstones and with arthritis.

The kidneys
The kidneys are marvels of engineering; protected by a thick skin, they are located on either side of the lower back, just below 
the rib cage. Kidney functions include:

forming in your kidneys and bladder. Will assist your body in removing stones and gravel from these organs. Excellent choice

prostate. Hydrangea root extracts have greater antioxidant power in your liver tissue than milk thistle and turmeric combined!

Gravel root 
Like hydrangea, gravel root also demonstrates both diuretic and anti-lithic properties. Used primarily for kidney stones or 
gravel, helps you with cystitis, dysuria, urethritis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. Can play a role in the systemic treatment 
of rheumatism and gout as it encourages excretion of excess uric acid. Will also tone the reproductive tract and is used to 
treat inflammation of the prostate.

Marshmallow root 
Marshmallow is a demulcent. When used internally, it has a soothing effect on your inflamed and irritated tissues of the 
alimentary canal, and urinary and respiratory organs. It aids in the passage of kidney stones, will assist in the release of 
gravel and stones. Excellent for urinary problems. Marshmallow will combine with toxins, helping the body to cleanse. An 
excellent herb added to this formula to help neutralize toxins that are the causative factors of arthritis. Very soothing to any 
sore or inflamed part of the body. Will soothe an irritated digestive tract and help with diarrhea or dysentery.

Juniper berry 
Juniper Berries are used to treat infections, especially within your urinary tract, bladder, kidneys, and prostate. Their 
antiseptic properties help you remove waste and acidic toxins from the body, stimulating a fighting action against bacterial and 
yeast infections. Juniper Berries also help you increase the flow of digestive fluids, improving digestion and eliminating gas 
and stomach cramping. As a diuretic, Juniper Berries eliminate excess water retention contributing to weight loss. Juniper 
Berries' anti-inflammatory properties are ideal for relieving pain and inflammation related to rheumatism and arthritis.Juniper 
Berries make an excellent antiseptic in conditions such as cystitis. 

Uva ursi 
Has diuretic action. Produces an antiseptic effect on your urinary mucous membrane and can therefore help eliminate urinary 
tract infections. Tannic acid is also contained in the leaves. This herb also helps to keep the pH balance of urine from being 
too acid. It actually strengthens the lining of the urinary tract and helps to relieve any inflammation in the system. It has a 
direct sedative effect on the bladder walls. Increases the healing of wounds. For chronic inflammation of the bladder or kidneys 
Uva Ursi has no equal. Two studies report that urine from individuals given uva ursi is active against the most commonly 
involved bacteria in bladder and urinary tract infection. Helps with dissolving crystals not just in the kidneys, but throughout 
the body as well. It has, therefore, been used for arthritis and other painful joint problems.

Parsley root 
Helps clear uric acid from your urinary tract and helps dissolve and expel gallstones and gravel. A decoction of parsley root 
can help eliminate bloating and reduce weight by eliminating excess water gain. German Commission E, an advisory panel on herbal 
medicines, has approved parsley for use in the prevention and treatment of kidney stones.


Goldenrod 
Goldenrod is used as an aquaretic agent, meaning that it promotes the loss of water from your body (as compared to a diuretic, 
which promotes the loss of both water and electrolytes such as salt). Goldenrod has received official recognition in Germany for 
its effectiveness in getting rid of kidney stones, and it is commonly found in teas to help "flush out" kidney stones and stop 
inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract. Goldenrod is said to wash out bacteria and kidney stones thereby increasing the flow 
of urine, will also soothe inflamed tissues and calm muscle spasms in the urinary tract. Increases urine flow.
